How can I check out the full resume of the Job Seeker?
If a job seeker applies for a posted position and send its resume to the employer, the resume is the full version by default, but it does not include contact information.
Otherwise, you may click the relevant button to view complete information on the job seeker's resume information page. After the job seeker receives the request and clicks ‘Agree’, you can view the complete resume information except the contact information. If the job seeker clicks ‘Disagree’ after receiving the request, you will receive a message of the rejection from the job seeker and will not be able to view the full resume.
How can I contact the Job Seeker?
The contact information of the job seeker can only be viewed after the employer sends an interview invitation and the job seeker accepts the invitation.
How does the function of Intelligent Matching Resume work?
On the Job Search page, you may click the ‘Match’ button in the operation bar behind the job you want to filter, and the matched resumes will be shown up. The system will calculate the matching degree based on the algorithm for your reference.
How do I register as the Employer user?
Enter the email address and password in the registration interface and click the ‘Register now’ button, then you will jump to the role selection page and choose to become the Employer user. After that, you need to conduct email verification and submit company qualification documents to successfully complete the whole registration as the Employer user.
How can I download the job seeker’s resume?
After the job seeker agrees to the interview invitation, click ‘Download’ button on the job seeker's resume page to download it.
What to do to become a recommended company?
Becoming a recommended company can make your company more accessible to job seekers and improve recruitment efficiency. You can consult our customer service team to understand the relevant process.
Why is the posted job ad closed?
Job ad posted by the employer will be automatically offline within 28 days by default. Please click ‘Post’ button again after the job ad expires.
How to post a job advertisement?
After registering as an employer, create an editorial job advertisement in the business center, and click ‘Publish’ after the completion of content editing.
What if the password is forgotten?
Click "Forget password" button on the login page to enter the password retrieval interface. You can retrieve your password through email reset or account declaration.
