Professional networking site LinkedIn has put together its annual list of Australia's best workplaces for career growth potential.
It trawled through the career data of millions of workers and judged the companies based on promotions, skill acquisition, gender diversity and employee benefits.
And many of the listed workplaces have one thing in common: flexibility and a work from anywhere policy.
Among the top 10 list are a smattering of Australian-owned companies, while global tech brands dominated the list.

10. Thermo Fisher Scientific
Thermo Fisher Scientific, a US-based science and clinical research company, managed to squeeze into the top 10 list.
The company has several locations around Australiaand bills itself as an organisation which aims to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
9. ResMed
Sleep software company ResMed, which is based in San Diego, ranked number nine on LinkedIn's list.
ResMed makes medical devices for sleep disordersand employes around 3500 people in Australia.
8. Mastercard
Global payment giant Mastercard may be headquartered in New York City, but it has a great reputation here in Australia, according to LinkedIn.
As Australia's job market remains competitive, finding and landing a job where you can grow is top of mind for many, said LinkedIn career expert Cayla Dengate.
LinkedIn's top companies list is a helpful resource for Aussies to identify which companies set the standard for attracting and retaining top talent, while also offering the best career growth and upskilling opportunities.
7. Adobe
Silicon Valley tech behemoth Adobe also managed to find its way onto the list here in Australia.
Adobe began with a small team in Australia in 2012,with just 100 workers, and now it has over 600.
6. Telstra
Mobile provider Telstra – the only mobile provider on the list – sits at number six among LinkedIn's top 10 companies.

5. Oracle
US computer technology company Oracle made it to number five on the list.
Oracle says it is the world's largest database management company with 4500 users across 55 countries.
4. Amazon
Amazon Australia only launched in 2017 and the retailer is already the fourth most desirable workplace in the country, as per LinkedIn's list.
More than 7000 people are employed in Australia by the online platform.
Amazon Australia's director of HR Pritho Saxena said the company aims to create a supportive, dynamic and inclusive workforce.
3. Commonwealth Bank
Australia's biggest bank Commonwealth Bank is also the third best company to work for, according to LinkedIn.
The banking giant also describes it self as one of the best places to work in Australia for flexibility.
2. Atlassian
Home-grown multi-billion-dollar software company Atlassian has enjoyed a remarkable rise since launching in 2002.
Founded by university mates Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar, Atlassian provides cloud software solutions for companies across the world.

1. ServiceNow
Fellow software giant ServiceNow, which began in the US, pipped Atlassian at the post to be named the best place to work in Australia by LinkedIn.
