Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

What you will be doing: • Manage SaaS-based IT applications, including configuration and access management • Define and maintain IT processes and procedures, with a continuous improvement mindset • Work with key internal teams to ensure a great IT experience to our users • Ensure back-ups are performed and tested • Manage and maintain application and hardware inventory • End-to-end ownership of all incidents and requests • Deliver hardware and desktop application support • Lead and contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement and scalability across the function What you will need to succeed: • Demonstrated experience managing Microsoft O365 Apps and Azure AD • Experience scripting in PowerShell using Azure CLI • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service attitude • You’re a team player with an ability to juggle competing priorities • Experience managing Atlassian software and Slack, highly regarded • Experience mentoring IT support staff or being a technical escalation point for the team • Proven ability and interest in learning new skills and new technologies
