The applicant will be supported by the in-house knowledge of an established team focused on delivering a significant portfolio of projects across. Main duties and responsibilities for this position will include:
• Coordinating and managing engineers and site staff.
• Managing the procurement and delivery of materials and subcontractors.
• Negotiating and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Preparing tenders and contract bids.
• Managing and implementing the project delivery schedule and timeline.
• Managing project budgets and preparing monthly reports.
• Ensuring adherence to company and government safety, quality, cost and performance standards.
About You: You will be keen to undertake a leadership position on our projects, with a strong focus on continuing to successfully delivery positive outcomes for our clients.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction or Mining related discipline.
• 5 years of construction experience, specialising in the management of Remediation, Civil or Environmental projects.
• Contract and budget management experience.
• Demonstrated practical on-site experience.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships with team members, clients and contractors to ensure excellence in project delivery.
• High level communication and organisational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project.
• Flexibility to work site hours, travel and a valid driver's licence.
