Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

Duties: Operating tractor-drawn machinery/equipment in accordance with Health and Safety practices Preparing & positioning agricultural plants (adjusting speed, height and depth of implements) Adjusting control of machinery (inc. but not limited to choosing attachments to fit the task at hand) Cleaning, maintaining & performing minor repairs (if necessary) on complex machinery. Qualification & experience: At least 1 year’ experience in a similar role Diploma in Agriculture is a plus Candidate must be flexible and able to take initiative in completing day to day tasks Candidate must be able to work autonomously and unsupervised & have excellent interpersonal skills to work cohesively in a team environment Good attitude is essential as well as a degree of common sense and safety awareness HR Licence
