About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing support to directors and assist to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and to. This role also calls for superior communication skills in order to effectively maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Core objectives include:
General office administrative and management tasks (e.g.creating agendas, taking minutes, answering calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, bookings, research, providing reports, creating event proposals etc.)
Provide support to office staff as well as Partners (as required)
Liaise with internal and external stakeholder
Handling all external correspondence directed to the Director
Execute organisational wide communication
Planning and managing company events
Maintaining office inventory and cleanliness
Managing and updating rosters and leave requests
Maintaining and updating databases
Other administrative and ad hoc tasks as required
