KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Determine and understand business requirements and get stake-holder signoff for any system and process changes. Analyse functional requirements intended to the users. Define & document technical and functional architecture system updates. Document, create and execute test cases to detect bugs or defects. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, etc. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
