Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, program leads and subject matter experts to understand business priorities and emerging technology needs;
- Analyse new IT opportunities and transform them into well-defined and documented business and technology requirements that can be successfully scoped, planned and executed;
- Represent the business needs across the IT&DA group to engage subject matter experts and collaborate on technology and delivery models to deploy the right solutions in a timely manner;
- Develop effective engagement models, solution adoption strategies and continuous improvement activities across both IT&DA and business stakeholders;
- Enable rollout of product (application and infrastructure) roadmaps to the business

Ideally you would have:
- The successful candidates will have experience in similar roles or related disciplines, with relevant experience:
- Business analyst or systems analyst experience in the IT field, with solid documentation and presentation skills to all levels of leadership
- Experience in successfully engaging, communicating and collaborating with business and technical colleagues
- Experience and/or good understanding across a broad range of technologies in the applications and infrastructure domains
- Experience across all phases of IT projects, including hands on scoping, planning, reporting and estimating experience
- Relevant tertiary education in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent work experience;
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet security requirements, and be Brisbane based.
Desirable (non-mandatory) experience will include:
- Experience with IT systems or technology to support Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Sustainment (MRO - Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) operations
- Knowledge of a range of information security/cyber security, enterprise/solution architecture, and project management concepts
- Experience in a Defence, Aviation, or complex / large multinational organisations
