This is a Sydney based full time position reporting to the Managing Director. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the business.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Taking a pro-active interest in safety matters
Providing admin support to the Management Team
Organising Corporate/Customer Events, seasonal gifts, merchandise, catering etc.,
Arranging office stationary, IT consumables, supplies and staff amenities
Making travel arrangements for the Management Team
Handling courier and postage requirements
Assisting with meeting requirements, e.g., preparing agenda, schedule, securing venue, meeting minutes
Managing induction, contractor training records and security card access system
WHO YOU ARE
Hold qualification in office administration or relevant areas
Have a minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience
Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a adequate computer literacy
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Ability to take initiative and implement new processes
