Educational requirements: Master

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Role Summary • Configuring and deploying servers; routers, firewalls, switches, WAPs, workstations and other networking devices in accordance with the CSH bespoke IT network; • Working closely with stakeholders and IT team to solve IT issues across CSH IT computer networks; • CSH network remediation for old medical centres in the CSH medical centre group; • Maintaining and managing network security; • Installing and implementing software and applications that have been developed particularly for the CSH network of medical centres; • Physical configuration and building CSH IT networks and systems for greenfield medical centre sites. • Ensuring network performance is at optimum level across CSH network of medical centres; • Monitoring network traffic and troubleshooting emergency network related problems; • Implementing best practice for upgrading IT networks and systems. Skills and experience required: • Proficiency in networking environment both in hardware and network programming; • Undergraduate degree in software engineering; • Post-graduate qualification in IT; • Demonstrable and practical experience in configuring, maintaining and managing IT network infrastructure and systems; • Ability to problem solve.
