About the Role The purpose of the role is to contribute to the lives of people with a disability and their families through the ongoing quality improvement of our operations and service delivery. Specifically, this role is to support Carer Solutions (CS) Partners and Plan Managers by ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices to providers within National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) rules and regulations. A key focus of this role is to remain up to date with changes within the NDIS and provide insight as to how these changes will affect the company and Partners. Key Responsibilities include: Enter invoices accurately and efficiently Develop and maintain relationships with our Partners and their providers/suppliers Provide information and support to CS Plan Managers Collaborate internally to improve best practices and outcomes within the Plan Management team Undergo relevant training and personal development to stay up to date and compliant with relevant NDIS policies and procedures. Contribute and interact with the team to create an inclusive workplace culture Be a touchpoint for our partners and help them navigate the world of the NDIS Experience & Skills: Experience and/or knowledge of the lived experience of people with a disability and the NDIS will be highly regarded Experience in data entry roles where attention to detail while maintaining efficiency is crucial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Your strong analytical experience allows you to adapt and understand the NDIS price guide and provide timely advice and enter accurate invoice data. Excellent time management
