Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Duties include… Assisting across all areas of the Nursery Sowing & Laying Seedling Trays on Beds Cultivating of Vegetable Seedlings and Attending to Watering, Weeding etc. Applying Pesticides to control pests, diseases, weeds and nutritional plant disorders General Cleaning & Washing Seedling Trays, Racks, Machinery etc. Stacking Seedling Trays, Loading & Unloading Racks and Pallets Preparing potting media and containers before planting Preparing Seedlings Racks ready for Dispatch/Planting Assist planting Crew if required Other General Manual Handling Duties as Required It is essential that you… Hold a Current Drivers Licence Hold a Current Forklift Licence with Relevant Experience Have Previous Experience/Knowledge of the industry Are Flexible to Take on all Tasks across all areas of the Nursery Able to withstand Regular Manual Handling Duties Able to work as part of a Team Have a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Good Communication Skills and are able to Follow Instructions Have the right to Work and Reside in Australia
