Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

Some of the duties of the role include: Conducting surveys between 16:00 and 21:00 (AEST) Monday to Friday (these times are subject to change). Conduct a large volume of outbound calls while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Seamlessly navigate multiple online systems and perform associated data entry with accuracy. Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Abiding by the APS Code of Conduct and values with internal and external stakeholders . Skills and experience required: Previous experience in a contact centre environment conducting outbound and/or survey campaigns desirable, but not essential Availability to commit to part time hours. 3-hour shifts, Monday to Friday on an ongoing temporary basis, between 4pm and 9pm Sound interpersonal and communication skills Ability to commit to a long-term assignment Previous federal or state government experience would be looked upon favourably Capable of following scripts and standard operating procedures Initiative, flexibility and resilience
