[Job description] • Permanent, Full-time position • Will provide second line technical support and system implementation to our valued customers • Will be required to work with applications/infrastructure systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems, which are range from straightforward matters to complex technical issues • There are varieties of project-based system implementation duties as well as administration tasks within this role • Remuneration is based on your skill and background (between $55,000 and $60,000 plus super and annual bonus)
[Roles and Responsibilities] • Minimum 2-year experience as a systems/network engineer (external /internal) • Able to comply with company policies • 1st to 2nd level troubleshooting skills with good escalation manner • Windows 10 Desktops • Understanding of TCP/IP networking such DNS, DHCP • Windows Server 2012/2012R2, 2016 & 2019, Active Directory • Networking: Cisco, Juniper & FortiGate • Backup management • Occasional over time / weekend hours work
[Preferable Skills /Knowledge] • VMware Esxi/vCenter • Arcserve UDP • Monitoring tools (e.g. ManageEngine) • Hardware: HPE, Nutanix • Firewall policy creation and operation/management • Wireless Access Points (Cisco/Meraki) • Must have a degree level qualification in ICT • An lower level qualification with relevant experience may substitute for this requirement
