An exciting opportunity currently exists for two Customer Service Consultants to join a National company with a dedicated team of specialists, who partner with their clients to create and deliver superior tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Team Manager your major responsibilities will include:
Provide prompt and courteous service to all clients, including colleagues, other departments, and the community.
Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to the organisation, clients and colleagues.
Follow up on all commitments made in a timely manner, ensure that internal and external clients are always kept informed of the status of issues and alerted to any delays.
Ensure all possible avenues have been exhausted to achieve the best result for our client.
Build relationships with client by attending regular service or underwriter visits.
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner.
Demonstrate the ability to work consistently in a positive manner within the team to achieve team goals
Participate and contribute in occupational health and safety activities to ensure a safe work environment for clients, community, staff and visitors
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience within customer service roles
Experience with or demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of calls
Sound IT skills including the ability to learn several applications
Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and make informed decisions
Ability to liaise between customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience providing accurate and timely updates to customers
