Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

To be successful for this role, applicants must have the following: • Experience working in a site-base IT Support role – preferred but not essential • Complex manufacturing environment (PLC based experience) – preferred but not essential • Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices • Sound knowledge of Windows Active Directory • Working Knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities • Ability to build great relationships with key stakeholders (your customers) and a desire to contribute to the Team's overall success • A keen eye for detail and passion to succeed Tasks include, but are not limited to: • Liaise with Maintenance Technicians to assist in plant hardware fault resolution and repair • Supply general IT hardware and software support to the computer users of the Bourke facility • Maintain IT hardware and equipment, in conjunction with the Maintenance team • Participate in the Helpdesk on-call roster to ensure continued IT support for critical incidences, outside normal working hours • Actively monitor the TFI production environment, recording and escalating issues to the relevant support person, within the IT and Maintenance teams • Monitor System interface logs and respond to interface alerts, as first level of resolution or escalate the issue to the Database and Application Administrator
