ABOUT THE ROLE Through our structured development program and ability to draw on knowledge, we will provide the framework for your career to develop into a Site Manager with the support of our senior staff. The role is an entry-level Supervisor position, with the intention of becoming a Site Manager. The role will involve supporting one of our senior Site Managers with: Subcontractor coordination; Quality assurance: Health and safety management; Programming; and Detailed technical development of the construction process. Your speed of progression is entirely up to your commitment and autonomy in the role. The successful candidate will ideally be a carpenter who has been a Leading Hand or some exposure to site supervision and will have a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn on the job and be able to obtain wide variety of experience in all facets of the project over its full life cycle.
