Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in written form.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce quality reports.

The role:
Working closely with our management team and contractors to ensure adherence to plans, delivery of quality work, deadlines being met, and proactive client engagement
Write clear, concise, persuasive letters and reports for various stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Use your understanding of construction and qualifications, and high level of initiative to assist in addressing and resolving problems in a timely manner whilst seeking assistance when required.
Well presented with great people skills for dealing with clients, contractors
Provide ideas and suggestions to add value to our approach.
Ability to apply time management principles and operate in a logical and organised way.
Be a team player to achieve common goals.
Be motivated and have a happy demeanor.
