We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our fun & dynamic team as a Contract Administrator in a full-time capacity. Qualifications & experience Construction Management Course (or similar) Experience &/or an understanding of the construction industry Red / White OH&S Card Administration experience preferred, using Microsoft Office Software Confidence in liaising with clients and contractors Confident in plan reading Tasks & responsibilities Work directly with & learn from Project Manager Vetting quotes from suppliers and contractors Completing tender documentation Preparing construction contracts Executing purchase orders General admin work Benefits Working closely with project manager to achieve a common goal of successfully delivering commercial fit-outs for our clients Gain a broad range of experience by being exposed to the project cycle from start to finish Flexible working options Supportive & fun team environment Career progression
