About you:
• Significant experience & expertise in the completion of Mining Studies. • Significant Geotechnical Engineering experience & expertise in the mining industry.
• Complete understanding of the mining method selection process, as well as an up to date knowledge of all ground support options available.
• Hands on experience developing Geotechnical Risk Analysis for Long Term Mine Plans and Studies.
• Proven field experience to develop and monitor data collection plans that are in line with mining plan.
• Significant experience and expertise in developing geotechnical models, structural models, numerical models; and associated processes, evaluations and outputs.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing customer relationships to successfully deliver business outcomes
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including project management skills, lead design role capability and supervisory skills.
• Makes thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from your manager. Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly to solve them.
• In addition to our development initiatives, also drives own self-development in the internal and external Geotechnical Community.
