Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

This is an end-to-end role with support from our back end, this will include: • Setting up budgets and goals for clients • Cashflow forecasting and tracking their YTD Actual vs Budget performance • Monthly management account preparation and regular finance meetings with clients • Liaising with the tax team to ensure all compliance is up to date • Being the external finance contact for our clients • Assistance in the completion of month end for clients – including reconciliations • Assistance in consolidation of corporate clients, cash flow, financial reporting according to accounting standards • Preparation of month end balance sheet reconciliations • Reconciliation of accounts to a high standard • Set up of Financial Procedures & Processes for new clients • Monthly General Ledger and Bank Reconciliations • Business Coaching – Set Financial Targets, Monitor Performance & Provide Guidance • Management of a team of Bookkeepers & Accountants What we want • 3 years’ experience in a similar role or business services • Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with clients • Experience with online accounting software such as Xero & MYOB • Ability to build excellent client relationships, with a strong track record of delivering high quality outcomes • Problem solving skills
