About the Role We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our team and participate in all facets of client management as well as financial and management reporting. Key Responsibilities include Financial management of client accounts including invoicing, receipting and responding to queries Assisting with the month end reporting processes including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of month end accounts Assisting in the annual budget and reforecast processes Assist with compliance based reports including BAS, IAS and Payroll Tax returns Assisting in the preparation of cash flow forecasts This role is a central point of contact for the operational teams and requires a business partnering mindset. About You Degree qualified - Bachelor of Business, Commerce or equivalent. 5 year's accounting experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience in working well under pressure and to tight deadlines Well developed Xero skills will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team What's In It For You Flexible working conditions with the option to work 1 - 2 days from home Inclusive, multi-cultural office environment Genuine career progression Supportive leadership structure
