In this role you will: • Ensure that the data and reporting requirements and associated user stories are developed and documented • Focus on the data and report requirements required to support the new solutions • Perform thorough data analysis to identify various customer cohorts and potential impediments to the customer projects • Provide input into the solution design to effectively deliver projects • Support testing, change management, training, and implementation activities
As the ideal applicant you’ll have: • Experience in utilising data analysis toolsets such as Alteryx, Dataiku, or Tableau • Have extensive experience in SQL skills and the ability to de-compose complex SQL queries, understand what they’re doing, and draft business rules based on this • Experience in developing UAT test scenarios and execution and delivering data warehouse projects and solutions • Technical expertise in data analysis to efficiently query data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions • The ability to articulate findings and produce project deliverables including various project documents such as requirements, business process and testing plans
