TECHNICAL LEAD is accountable for • Proposing optimized & effective system level solution to meet the business requirements and compliance. • Requirement gathering with business team and define the scope of the deliverable. • Converting business requirements into system specification documentation for development, testing & business teams. • Following client provided software development lifecycles including waterfall & agile for software development. • Engaging external technology partners/vendors and internal delivery teams to build technology solutions. • Assisting project stakeholders in terms of explaining system functionalities so that they can take key decisions. • Supporting business operation team for defining & formulating new business processes. • Status reporting to delivery manager on project level and highlighting any issue or risk with respect to the project delivery. • Responsible for solutions built using ETL framework in Teradata using TCF/GCF, Apache Spark, Hive in Big Data and Data vault. • Planning and defining scope of work for the projects and process management related activities. • Assessment of project feasibility and project design document preparation and resource alignment. • Able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders for understanding the business requirements.
