Job tasks and responsibilities:
Ideally you will be a highly experienced in project administration and have excellent, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills. As the team is working on significant projects, you will require excellent organisational skills and be experienced in project planning, tracking budgets and expenditure and preparing documents for the senior leadership team. Your experience in an engineering, maritime or logistics industry or similar together with your excellent verbal and written skills will see you succeed;
Coordinating labour resources, procurement and delivery of materials, plant and machinery.
Operating and implementing coordinated work programs.
Preparation and administration of agreements, variations and invoices.
Assisting Operations Manager and Operations within the company.
Office based role and site visits required.

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Willingness to respond to customer complaints with a positive approach and ability to find solutions for all parties.
Confident, friendly and the ability to work without supervision, as well as in a team environment.
Experience working in building & construction in any transferrable capacity and knowledge of building codes and regulations and/or willingness to learn is highly desirable.
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and efficient managing multiple competing priorities.
Able to assist during events and catastrophes working additional hours as is required to get through high volumes
