Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Cabinet Making or previous experience in the industry is essential for this position. Those also seeking a Junior/Trainee position are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided in-house. Responsibilities/Duties include: Communicating with builders and keeping them up to date with the project and program Coordinating and managing time between workshop and sites Working closely with the set-out department Schedule production and projects to ensure joinery programs are followed by all departments Create and maintain clear communication between all parties for each project Creating weekly/monthly schedules for site Attending site and project-related meetings Ensuring successful delivery of each project Problem-solving and time management Minimizing defects and quality control This is a hands-on role and part of the role also involves assisting team members on site when/where required. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, and eager to successfully complete the tasks at hand. Clear and prompt communication skills with forward-thinking are key for this role as you will be managing multiple projects.
