Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Analyst Developer, able to work closely with the Business-Sponsor to determine and understand project goals/timelines/deliverables You will attend Client meetings to assist in the gathering of business requirements and project specifications You will liaise with management to assist in their tracking of progress and issues You will work to lead a small team of Developers, and be called upon to be the point-of-contact for technical issues You may be required to write program code to meet system requirements and designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards You may be required to test, debug, diagnose and correct errors within established protocols to ensure programs and applications perform as per specifications You will be required to write, prepare and coordinate end user documentation and standard operating procedures It is critical that you bring your strong expertise for Analysis and Problem-Solving skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory:
ETL toolset - IBM InfoSphere DataStage v11.5 or later Strong Database experience (Oracle preferred) High Degree of familiarity with SQL (developing / testing / tuning) Unix Shell Programming and scripting
Optional:
Agile Project and Access Management (JIRA, Confluence, SailPoint) Scheduling and Versioning Tools (Control-M, Github) Project Management
The successful candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or any degree relevant to the field of Analyst Programming) with at least 2 years of full-time work experience in the field of Analyst Programmer.
