• Product Owner and Business Analyst experience with deep domain knowledge working within an Asset intensive business within sectors including Mining, Utilities, Automotive, Manufacturing and Logistics. • Participate in design processes, using techniques such as user journey maps and impact mapping to ensure that the solution is delivering the right user needs and experience. • Accurately and efficiently define and document product requirements into user stories (including use cases, design requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria). • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including defining release milestones and maintaining a healthy and up-to-date products backlog. • Partner with Business Architect/s and/or Business SMEs to define metrics that align to the strategic objectives and value drivers for the project. Measuring and report performance against goals. • Collaborate with Architects, Delivery Stream Leads, Quality Analysis Lead, Change Lead and Business SMEs to define and/or pivot the scope and timeline of the project where appropriate. • Drive alignment of the solution to the business objectives of the project. • Manage the overall quality, schedule, and budget for the project. • Track weekly status against the project plan and issuing a weekly status report. • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and according to specifications. • Manage project risks, issues process and change control process. • Understand client expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction. • Monitoring the project team and making adjustments for greater efficiency and throughput where possible. • Experience leading multiple, complex implementations (including but not limited to Salesforce and nCino). • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and solve complex customer problems. • Show good judgment and common sense, with the ability to make considered decisions. • Ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems. • Attention to detail with an appreciation for quality and delivering outcomes.
