Key responsibilities include
Ensure that systems are in place to comply with relevant customer and regulatory requirements Work with business users and clients to resolve system issues as they arise Identify system and reporting improvements and manage the change requests through each stage until completion into the production system Project manage new initiatives and work closely with project owners, sponsors, and developers Develop and execute system testing plans Develop system documentation including specifying system requirements, mapping relevant process, drafting procedure documents, developing and delivering training plans About You:

Skills and experiences
Experience in the payment industry and working with 3rd party payment solutions is essential for the success of this role. Post graduate degree in information technology or system engineering. 10 years experience in system analysis, database administration, software engineering or development. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in SQL, Python, Axure and Microsoft office suite of software Solid project management experience, with the ability to run projects from scratch. Ability to trouble shoot, identify system issues and develop suitable solutions. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate data effectively What we offer :
