Responsibilities, but are not limited to: Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department Work side by side with the Senior Property Manager Processing tenancy applications Liaising with landlords and tenants Rent Arrears Organizing maintenance Property Management administration Preparing property Condition Reports Outgoing Inspections and Bond Finalisation Requirements: Prepared to undertake a Real Estate Industry approved traineeship (no prior qualifications) High attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Good at multi-tasking High level of initiative and problem solving abilities; Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team The desire to grow within a company for the long term Driver's license & reliable vehicle
