Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

To be a part of our professional (ok, semi-professional by the time Friday afternoon hits…) team, it would be an advantage to have the following: Any previous experience in Real Estate Admin or Property Management Experience working in a busy customer service, legal or other office environment Strong written & oral communication skills Time management Attention to detail, well presented and positive attitude An ability to think outside the box and be a problem solver About us, in a nutshell: We are a family business with a husband and wife director combo (I promise they don’t argue much!) A small team that inc sales agents, admin & rental department We work really well together as a team across all departments and all chip in to help in all areas when needed We have a relaxed corporate attire style within the office There are 2 PM’s currently plus an accounts manager and help from both Directors We use Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate software
