Responsibilities • Build and operate Zetaris NDP SAAS. • Create tooling and abstractions that make it easy for the software engineering teams to ship new features quickly and safely • Meeting compliance obligations of the platform (ISO27001, SOC2, etc…) using best practise approaches such as GitOps • Service management, security and operations of the NDP SaaS. • Meeting service level obligations of the NDP SaaS • Reviewing code and participating discussions about engineering issues. • Be an advocate of DevOps working practices to promote and foster a culture of collaboration between all teams involved in servicing our customers • Drive enhancements of our CI/CD capability to increase throughput and reduce manual effort. • Help operationalize Zetaris NDP using internally developed CI/CD based on infrastructure as a code Spark runtime, Kubernetes and Docker.
Attributes • Experience in modern S/W deployment; Kubernetes, docker in multi cloud( AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience in operating SaaS products, including security operations. • Experience in infrastructure as code; terraform, ansible, flux, gitops • Strong software engineering skills in at least one relevant language (go, python, etc…) • Responsive to operational and security related issues • Ability to act on the information provided or get information needed so that decisions for project implementations can be made quickly and effectively • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
