Your duties and responsibilities will include: • Influencing, setting, managing, and ensuring an appropriate level of system engineering is provided to the projects or other defined scopes of work. • providing support to progress and resolve novel, complex or critical work within their discipline(s). • Coordinating with systems assurance programs on designing projects through planning, implementing, and reporting activities. • Evaluating the project design process against the requirements for systems engineering on a continuing basis. • Maintaining a Computer Aided Systems Engineering (CASE) package in product design
Your skills and experience: • Tertiary qualification or extensive experience in System Safety/ Risk/ Reliability/ Systems Engineering • Extensive work experience in a safety-critical industry like Rail, Defense, Aerospace, Nuclear, Oil & Gas • Should hold strong experience in RAMs & Compliance and regulatory bodies like ASA (Asset Standards Authority) • Familiar with the system lifecycle stages and their impacts on systems engineering and safety assurance activities
