Job Description: We are seeking a talented AutoCAD draftsperson to join our friendly and supportive team in a full-time or part-time, ongoing position. As part of our team the candidate will assist higher-level staff by performing professional architectural work in the planning, design and documentation of a wide variety of building projects. The office offers fluidity between sectors, allowing staff to gain experience in multiple areas as workflow demands. Experience Required: Local experience as an architectural graduate or draftsperson High-level AutoCAD skills essential Advanced Revit software knowledge highly regarded Produce precise drawings and coordinate drawings for potential clashes A working knowledge of building materials including concrete, structural steel and timber in commercial construction Experience in project, consultant and client management essential A strong foundation of BCA/NCC, building regulations and Australian Standards regulating the design and construction of buildings in Australia Applicants must have existing work rights in Australia Ability to work as part of a team and to meet deadlines Flexible work arrangements available by agreement with the directors Software Knowledge: Advanced AutoCAD skills essential, Advanced Revit highly regarded Adobe Creative Suite beneficial but not essential
