Current valid drivers licence Drafting qualifications (including design and siting experience) Tertiary qualification in either Architecture, Building Design or Drafting. Must be able to proactively plan, manage, coordinate, track and undertake assigned project tasks efficiently. Be able to perform well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workload to meet firm deadlines. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management. Strong understanding and working knowledge of the NCC & Relevant Australian Standards. Acute attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. Responsibilities Drawings and DA lodgements Single and Double storey project drafting Collaborating with Sales Staff and Estimators in an effective and professional manner
