* Degree qualification in Engineering, Building and Construction or equivalent (Civil engineering preferably)
* Able to understand and interpret architectural, engineering and shop drawings, and technical specifications
* Good understanding of Australian and New Zealand construction codes and norms and practices (particularly façade)
* Demonstrated commercial experience including planning, engineering, reporting, costs and risk management o Advanced skills in relevant computer software packages; Abaqus (FEM), AutoCAD, Revit
* Thorough command of MS Office (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English in both spoken word and writing is essential
* Ability to work and deliver results autonomously with minimal or no supervision
* Excellent capacity to plan and organize his/her job, project and strategies and meet deadlines
* Absolute commitment to health and safety practices and expectations
* Passionate and committed with a positive and can-do attitude
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to educate and teach
