Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Qualifications & Experience • Trade qualified chef • Demonstrated Ability to meet KPl’s • Highly developed understanding of stock control and COS • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced 200 seater restaurant Tasks & responsibilities • Hands on leading the team during busy service • Training & development of staff • Menu creation • Stock Control / Ordering & COS WHS • Rostering / recruitment of staff • Ability to create a positive kitchen culture
