About the role Receive and respond to phone, email or online inquiries and job bookings etc. Managing the daily schedule including monitoring of estimator’s status. Data entry and various administrative tasks. Liaising with customers to build strong relationships and advise of any changes. Maximising the utilisation of trades to achieve optimal operational efficiency. Implementation and enforcement of processes and business rules; and Full utilisation of all provided operational tools. About You Experience in a similar role involving receiving job bookings via phone and scheduling of estimator’s daily work (desirable); Intermediate to advanced computer skills Strong geographical knowledge of the Sydney metro area. Highly organised with the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a very high-pressure environment. Good time management. High level of written and verbal communication skills (Essential) Strong Customer Focus. Ability to multitask. Excellent Attention to detail.
