Reporting to the Director Childcare Services, the Early Childhood Educator will assist with the delivery of high quality, innovative programs across the Centre’s three rooms. This position will entail curriculum planning and programming for the room and include room leading responsibilities to manage the high-quality delivery of these programs. They will provide high quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years while meeting requirements under Education and Care Services National Law and regulations and expectations of National Quality Standards. The role will suit educators with a mature approach who want to work collaboratively with other passionate educators and be part of a team culture striving for excellence. This position is being offered as a full-time/part-time role dependent on the applicant, working across a spread of hours between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. This position is also entitled to one rostered day off per fortnight (for full time workers). The successful applicant must hold or have completed 50% of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education in addition to a Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate.
