Our role: Due to our steady organisational growth, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. If you are a driven and committed individual who has previous proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume accounts payable/bookkeeping role, then this is an opportunity for you. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will support our Finance team in the processing of invoices. Typical day: Your key duties and responsibilities will include: Processing a minimum of 100 invoices daily Payment of invoices Reconciling supplier statements Electronic coding and filing Managing internal and external AP queries, via phone and email Ad hoc accounting and administration duties Provide support to the Accounts Department as required Your background & skills: 1 years end to end accounts payable experience Exceptional time management and able to solve problems Professional written and oral communication skills Outstanding attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy Computer software skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines Excellent organisational and management skills Adaptable, enthusiastic and driven Strong internal and external customer service skills Ability to multi-task The Benefits Working with a supportive and friendly team culture Mentoring by experienced Trust Accountants Companywide social events Working from home flexibility
