We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to lead and mentor our front of house team. Reporting to the owners, the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic and lead and develop the team from the front. The ability to think on your feet and handle many tasks simultaneously will be necessary, while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role would suit candidates who have extensive experience working in high volume dining establishments. A passion for good food and wine and knowledge of food preparation an advantage. A total commitment to ensuring superlative customer service is a given, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve these standards is imperative. Developing training programmes and developing staff is also critical to success.
