About The Role As the site supervisor you will be responsible for the successful delivery of small - medium domestic and commercial damage caused by insurable events. This role will cover sites across Adelaide & Surrounding areas. The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for all site-based operations such as: quality assurance adherence to WH&S standards client liaison make safes engaging trades and monitoring progress preparing schedules forecasting monthly revenue according to project completion dates managing budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients. Working alongside our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role. Qualifications: Drivers License and Construction Induction Card Certificate IV in Construction or Trade Apprenticeship (highly desirable) Supervisors License Key Professional Skills: 3 years experience in construction/building supervision Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades and suppliers Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements. Estimation skills would be advantageous Experience in renovations highly desirable Key Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills Fantastic interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs
