About the role
**Permanent Part Time** - 3 Days per Week

As part of a small Finance team, you will assist and report directly to the Financial Controller. In a varied role, your key duties will include day-to-day management of transactional tasks along with month-end support to the wider Finance team. Being a small team environment, it is essential to be agile in your approach as there will often be tasks outside your typical duties that will be required of you, working and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Daily Duties to include:
End-to-end accounts payable
Foreign currency transactions
Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Month end support
Ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in the functions detailed above
A confident and effective communication style at all levels
Positive and team-focused approach
Attention to details
High-level problem-solving capabilities
Prior exposure to Xero and ADEPT would be considered favourably
Prior Australian and New Zealand payroll knowledge
Highly proficient in Excel
