About the role: Your role as an ICT Developer will require you to perform root cause analysis for assigned problem tickets and provide solutions for Oracle Retail Merchandise system. You will analyse, investigate and resolve issues relating to Oracle Retail Management System domain to enhance business and user performance. Key requirements: • Develop, maintain and update Oracle SQL/ PL/SQL and UNIX Shell • Build and unit test solutions and provide timely and accurate progress reports • Work closely with IT Support and Project teams to enhance Merchandise system (Oracle RMS) • At least 3 years of experience as a Developer • Relevant degree in IT • Must have strong communication skills
