Office Admin Position. Full Time 5 days per week - Customer service. Data entry/general. Answering phones. Pascoe Vale office. Immediate start. This position requires someone who: Is self motivated and has a positive can do attitude Has excellent customer service skills Is thorough and meticulous in their work Is easy going with a friendly nature Can work independently without supervision as well as part of a team Has excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Answering phones and taking messages Customer service - communicating with clients and assisting with their queries Managing incoming & outgoing quotes Administrative and office duties Data entry Basic account duties
