This position provides a flexible work-life balance, with office hours being 9:30am – 2:30pm and selective work from home days.
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing manual run sheets.
Organise and order driver cards, ensuring all driver cards are accounted for by matching them off against the system generated report.
Follow up and file management of paperwork.
Separate and manually invoice cards with hourly hire.
Inputting all jobs from the driver’s cards e.g., Start & Finish time, fuel, and mileage, followed by the pricing of the jobs.
Entering all dockets into weekly bundles and checked off against a system-generated report once a weeks’ worth of cards / dockets have been entered.
Additional ad hoc duties.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and attributes:
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Previous experience in the transport or waste management industry, highly advantageous but not necessary.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in an office and data entry role.
High standard of accuracy and the ability to ensure entries are properly validated.
A proven ability to work well in a team environment and the willingness to use initiative towards the completion of given tasks.
