About the role
We are looking for our next administrative team member who has, or wants to have experience in administration within the allied health industry. The role will require you to work with our Director, Principal Psychologist, and Admin Team Leader in growing our practice as well as supporting our clinician team and clients. The role involves working efficiently, accurately, and diligently at the front desk in taking client phone calls and bookings, liaising with clients in a gentle and supportive manner, keeping track of data, and providing admin support to our clinician team. The role also requires supporting our director and principal practitioner with other aspects of running our practice such as assisting with marketing requirements, development and review of policies and procedures, auditing files, etc. We are seeking someone who is available on Monday's and Tuesday's.
