Your role A fantastic opportunity exists in our Melbourne office for a Customer Service Officer on a full-time basis – 40 hours per week. This role will require you to work Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.30pm. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing front counter and telephone service to customers Providing fitting services to customers Processing customer orders/requisitions Reporting and analysing data Reception duties General data entry tasks What you need Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administration or customer service role within a professional services or corporate environment. You will also be articulate, well presented, friendly and organised. Additionally, you will possess the following: The ability to work in a highly functioning, fast-paced team environment Have good time management skills Proven ability to multi-task and have good attention to detail A professional, positive attitude Computer literacy An understanding of OH&S and safe work practices Current Driver’s License and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
