Workload and growth have now created the opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-focused Project Manager to bolster their team.
In this role your duties will include:
- Attending client meetings and handling negotiations
- Reviewing the scope of works
- Project planning of labour and materials
- Tracking and managing the progress of works to ensure completion of projects on time and to budget
You will have the support of a highly competent and knowledge construction team who collaborate well and share the same vision to exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will be either looking to step up from a Contracts Administration capacity or be a current Project Manager looking for a change.
In addition, you will:
- Hold a Tertiary qualification in Building & Construction
- Have an understanding of structures and be able to read complex plans
- Be a wonderful team player who can collaborate well, work through problems and achieve desired outcomes
- Be well presented & able to liaise with a range of stakeholders and represent the company to the highest standards
