Due to our ongoing growth and success, an exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Construction Scheduler, in a fast paced, dynamic and integral role within our Adelaide based head office.
To be successful in this role, you must :
Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Have completed or are working towards completing relevant Australian tertiary qualifications in the construction industry with a heavy focus on project management, programming or scheduling.
Have property, building and construction industry experience.
Have had previous experience in workflow scheduling
Be proactive, energetic and self-motivated with a willingness to continually learn and develop your skills – you must have a proven ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Possess excellent organisational, time management and planning skills.
Have high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Be competent in reading and interpreting plans.
Have an excellent understanding of residential construction processes and terminology.
Be resilient with an outstanding ability to perform well under the pressure of time constraints.
Be willing to learn and assist in other areas of the Pre-Construction and Construction.
Be results driven with a positive "can do" attitude and a friendly, helpful demeanour.
